The Circus Monkey

Vivian Walden is a recently graduated student from the Beaumont Conservatory of Music searching for her entry point into the world of professional symphonies and orchestras with little to no luck. To pay the bills, she returns to her alma mater as a part time tutor, now working under her former instructor Arthur and experiencing a new found fear of the instrument she once dedicated her life to. When a new student named Grace plans to audition for the school, Arthur requests that Vivian help her prepare. Grace’s combative and self-assured nature throws Vivian for a loop, forcing her to delve deeper into her estranged connection with music as well as further examine her own self-worth and the relationships she’s forged along the way.
